Children at Foundations for Learning in Glastonbury, CT receive individual attention.

Their daily program will be structured by their needs and interests.

Foundations for Learning incorporates many facets of learning while at the same time establishing an atmosphere which subtly states to each child that school is a fun place to be! This is especially important to those children who are in our younger classes and who are away from home for the first time.

At Foundations for Learning we follow the educational philosophy of the Creative Curriculum. All our staff are trained in its theory and implementation.

For School Age Children

We offer the Rewards Program at Foundations for Learning, where each child receives recognition and reinforcement for hard work in school, completing their homework and engaging in extra social activities. Tutoring is also available.

Certified Teachers

Our teachers are trained in Pediatric First Aid and CPR and Medication Administration.

Our program at Foundations for Learning offers your child the opportunity to organize and manage her time and to choose her activities. Your child will not only be ready for kindergarten, but he will be aware of how he learns.
